A pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle in Regina’s northeastern industrial area on Tuesday morning is suffering life-threatening injuries, according to police. Officers were called to an area near the intersection of Kress Street and Longman Crescent around 7:40 a.m. for a report that a vehicle had collided with a pedestrian. Police found that a pick-up truck had collided with a woman walking on Kress Street. A section of Kress Street and Longman Crescent was closed for several hours while investigation took place but has since been reopened. Investigation is ongoing and police said updates will be provided as they become available.
